Tatenokawa Sake Selections

The eminent Junmai Daiginjo specialist from Yamagata's western part, Sakata, creates flavorful, aromatic sake with a distincttly contemporary feel. The brewery produces only Junmai Daiginjo, which is primarily based on local Yamagata rice varieties such as Dewasansan, Kameno-o and Sobei Wase. Ultra-soft spring water from nearby Chokkaisan and Gassan mountains provides a delicate quality to their sake, that always feels exotic and seductive.
