Return Policy
We offer a 14-day return policy from the date of purchase on non-food items, such as ceramics, T-shirts, books, etc. Returned items must be in unused/unopened condition, and the buyer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item.
Food items, such as sake and tea, cannot be returned. Likewise, we do not accept returns for event tickets, unless the event is canceled.
