Junmai Ginjōshu: Pure rice sake, brewed with rice that has been polished to 60% or less. The popular style makes up the bulk of premium sake production in Japan. It varies according to raw material and brewing technique, but will usually always bear the stamp of an elegant, fruity and aromatic profile.
