We look forward to welcome you at Manaka; to an evening of unique taste experiences, where we present our imported sake from different regions in Japan and talk about the brewing process, regionality and food culture, among other things. These are intimate tastings with a maximum seating of 8 guests in the tasting room Fune.
The tasting is in company with Jakob Emdal, founder of Manaka and sake sommelier, who has been working professionally with sake in Copenhagen since 2016. Primarily with imports from Japan's leading sake breweries, as well as supplying sake to Copenhagen's restaurant scene.
Manaka is centrally located at Jægersborggade in Nørrebro.
