Tatenokawa Shield Junmai Daiginjo Kameno-O

A sake brewed as an homage to the local rice variety Kameno-O. It is rare and difficult to grow in today's changing climate in Yamagata. It is a highly sought-after sake rice among Japan's sake connoisseurs because it can produce sake with a particularly grassy profile, with an acidity that bites a little. In this sake, the character of Kameno-O is expressed in an elegant and crystal clear Junmai Daiginjo, in the best Tatenokawa style.
