We look forward to welcoming you to a special evening, when we pour our sake to a unique menu created and prepared by the talented Korean chef, Haegeen Kim. Haegeen has worked at Il buco and La banchina for the past few years in Copenhagen. Prior to that, she ran her own Korean restaurant in Brooklyn, NY.

The dinner is based on our friendship and wide spanding conversations about food. Listening to Haegeen talk about her mother's food in Korea, as well as her stream of original ideas for dishes, is captivated, quickly making you hungry. Pairing sake with expressive Korean food is exciting new ground for us. Expect new synergy and sparks in the tasting room.
