Natsuzake Special (Summer Sake!) ✹ 29.08.25

We are truly excited to present a series of exclusive summer releases from our breweries. These are refreshing, juicy and effervescent sakes that are created to soothe and please during the humid, Japanese summer heat. Natsuzake as it is called, is the breweries' summer sake. We serve four different varieties that cannot be experienced outside of Japan. It is therefore a completely unique opportunity to experience a range of this type of sake in Denmark. The sake will be accompanied by seasonal Sakana (sake snacks). We are looking forward to welcoming you and enjoying the many summery impressions together in the tasting room. 

• Presentation and serving of at least 4 different sakes

The tasting is in the company of Jakob Emdal, founder of Manaka and sake sommelier, who has worked professionally with sake in Copenhagen since 2016. Primarily with self-import from Japan's leading sake breweries, as well as delivery of sake to Copenhagen's restaurant scene.

Manaka is based in Jægersborggade in Nørrebro.

If you have a restaurant booking after the tasting, please mention it before the tasting begins, so we can "time it". The tasting may go over time.

Read before you order: Refunds of the purchase amount for tickets will not be issued in the event of your cancellation. If part of the tasting party cancels, the entire tasting will be canceled because it is already a small group. To avoid that scenario, we have chosen this purchase policy.
