Small, lovely Choko for warm sake (Nurikan), sporting the Sohomare brand. The smooth, coated porcelain adds a comforting feel in the hand. Inside the Choko are the famous "clarity rings" that help brewers determine consistency and clarity of sake in the making. This is a smaller version of the classic brewers cup.
