Aiyama (Love Mountain) Tasting ✹ 14.02.26
In light of Valentine's Day, we are offering a tasting menu with a focus on refined sweetness. Several of the evening's sakes is brewed with Aiyama (love mountain) sake rice variety, which is known for its special sweetness. There will also be several sakes (and umeshu) with seductive acidity and inviting aromas to make you feel that unique love potion aspect of sake, including one by the amazing sake brand Roman.

The tasting is in the company of Jakob Emdal, founder of Manaka and sake sommelier, who has worked professionally with sake in Copenhagen since 2016. Primarily with direct import from Japan's leading sake breweries, as well as supplying sake to Copenhagen's restaurant scene.
Manaka is based in Jægersborggade in Nørrebro.
